Rémy Cointreau is a French alcohol manufacturer that produces cognac, liqueurs, spirits and champagne. The company is a result of a 1990-1991 merger between Rémy Martin and Cointreau.

Brands produced by Rémy Cointreau include: Rémy Martin (cognac), Mount Gay (rum), Cointreau (liqueur), Passoã (liqueur), Metaxa (brandy), and both Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck champagnes. The sale of Piper-Heidsieck, Charles Heidsieck and 800ha of vineyards to Societe Europeenne de Participations Industrielles for €400m was announced on 16 March, 2011.[1]
